Terms & Conditions

These terms govern every sale made through this website. They apply as they stood on the day you ordered.

Who is selling

The seller is a private individual selling their own work, not a commercial company. There is no trade register number or VAT number, because none is required for this activity.

What is being sold

Printable activity books and worksheets, supplied as PDF files. Nothing physical is ever shipped, and there are no delivery costs.

How the contract is made

The contract is concluded when you complete the order and the payment is accepted. Before that point the order button states plainly that placing the order carries an obligation to pay.

You will receive confirmation of the order by email, on a durable medium, together with these terms.

Prices

The price shown on the product page is the final price and includes VAT where it applies. Nothing is added on top, and there are no delivery charges. On the payment page, Stripe may show the price converted into your currency; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate.

Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant of record for the payment is Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate. It collects the payment on the seller's behalf, calculates and pays the VAT to the tax authorities, and emails you the receipt. The seller of the books remains Comanici Lavinia.

  • Your card statement will show: LINK.COM* PAGE4FUN.
  • The receipt comes by email from Link, separately from our email with your download links.
  • You enter your card details only on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see them.

How you receive the files

Straight after payment you get a download link on screen and a copy by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us — we will send it again.

What you need in order to use the files

These details are here because art. 6(1)(r) and (s) of Ordinance 34/2014 require us to tell you how the digital content works and what it works with.

  • Format: PDF. Opens in any PDF reader, including the one built into your browser.
  • No copy protection, no password, no DRM. Nothing phones home.
  • Works on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
  • Prints on any home or office printer. Both A4 and US Letter are included where stated on the product page.
  • No internet connection is needed once the file is downloaded, and there is no subscription.
  • The files are black and white inside, except covers, so they are light on ink.

Changing your mind

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with one exception for downloaded files. It is set out in full, with the relevant articles, on the Right of Withdrawal page.

If something is wrong with a file

Separately from withdrawal, you are entitled to digital content that matches its description and works as it should. If it does not, you may ask for it to be put right, for a price reduction, or for your money back. This comes from Ordinance 141/2021 and cannot be signed away.

What you may do with the files

You may print them as often as you like for your own family, or for the children in a single classroom. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them. The full terms are on the Digital Product Licence page.

Copyright in the books stays with the seller.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the files and for them being what the product page said. We are not responsible for what a printer, a device or an internet connection does at your end.

Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Complaints

Write to us first — it is the fastest route. If we cannot agree, you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority at anpc.ro, or file for alternative dispute resolution at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Applicable law

Romanian law applies. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you also keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law — nothing in these terms takes those away.

Changes

We may change these terms for future orders. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.
